I desperately need your help. I managed to get a new seller account on amazon on my 4th try after getting suspended. I took selling super slow, and just today I got a notification:
Hello from Amazon.com.
We are writing to let you know that we have blocked your selling account. Your open listings have been cancelled and you may no longer sell on our site. Any subsequent selling accounts that are opened will be closed as well.
We took this action because it has come to our attention that this account is related to an account which has been previously blocked for violations of our policies. While we do not provide detailed information on how we link related accounts, we have significant evidence that this account is related to a previously blocked account.
Your seller account will remain accessible to you. Please take steps to resolve your pending sales.
Any remaining funds are being reserved in your Amazon.com account for 90 days from the date your account was blocked. After 90 days, the funds will be disbursed minus any A-to-z Guarantee claims or charge-backs. If you have further questions about your funds please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.
You have been linked to another suspended account. There is no recourse here. You need to open a new stealth account. Getting a new address and bank account is cake. I suggest a real address such as the UPS Store. Amazon looks at these details more closely than eBay does....anything that makes them suspicious will cause a closer look....bam!
You could always open an account in a friend's name/info, of course, and just add a new bank account to that.
It looks like Amazon is doing their quarterly housecleaning` since I had several shut down last week.
It seems that Amazon is now linking banned sellers with ip ranges i.e. 1st two sets of a banned sellers ip address so I recommend totally different ip plus new listing in a different category with a above average price.
second suspension... what to do?
