Default Amazon Sales Velocity

Does anyone know the actual number that you need to stay under.

I sold $2600 in 14 days, SO I am going to go out on a limb and say that was to much.

Getting ready to create some new accounts, (waiting for XXXXXX XXXXXXX now) but dont want to go over.

Any recommendations?? $1000.00 a month??

Also, I thought I saw somewhere on here "a good way to get feedback on Amazon" but I cant seem to find it now.

thanks in advance

I use to send a note with every order, something nice, short, and to the point. Something like, thank you for your purchase, if you satisfied please leave a 5 star positive feedback. But I found out that when I did that, I rarely got more positive feedbacks, and it only encouraged frustrated customers to leave negative feedback that they wouldn't have otherwise. When I stopped, I got less negatives. So I say, don't do anything and just hope for the best. They say an average of 20% leave feedback (could be wrong, read that a long time ago), so sell quality products, ship quick, good customer service, and sell as much as you can (once you've been up for a few months of course)

Default Amazon

I started doing amazon like 2-3 months ago and I don't know if this makes a difference but I sell under 'used' and put condition 'like new' and I started selling 4 of the same items at once and worked my way up to just yesterday I sold 36 of the same items in one day with total sales of $3,200. My last two sales were around $1,600 and like $1,200 working its way down by couple of a hundred dollar increments... I used to change my display name a lot on amazon afraid that the copyright company might vero it like it would happen for me on ebay, but for the past two orders I've kept the same display name. Just sharing because I'm hoping to increase my sales even more but the problem for me right now is getting the product through customs in large quantity. I've received my first letter of seizure from customs, I got 3 out of the 5 packages I was supposed to receive, and if anyone could give me advice it would be much appreciated. My understanding from this forum is to ignore the seizure letter, is this true?

I'm pretty sure there is a guy that sells a ton of vero on amazon and actually gets away with it. Hes lasted longer than I've seen anyone else blatantly selling that stuff last. I think because he lists it all as used. Still makes plenty of money im sure buying the new product then unsealing it and calling it mint condition.

From what I can tell over the pass year, you need to keep your monthly sales under $1k. Probably around $850 just to be safe. My items are high priced, so I sell one this week, then one next week. Wait for transfer to clear bank, then repeat. Seems as if, for every 3 feedback, you can increase your monthly sales by $100 pass $1k.

I think good feedback and recent feedback is a large key to it too. I tried to sell bad junk and almost every one wanted there money back. I charmed them all into a positive feedback and I got away with it. Like ten returns in a month! Back then my gross was 1500 a month, no reviews... wow.
