I registered for an account earlier this week. Maybe 3 or 4 days ago. I list 4 different items. 2 of them sold extremely fast. After the first day I had 13 sales. Amazon sent an email stating my account was under review and that they'd hold my funds for 30 days. I proceeded to fill all the orders. I shipped all my orders within 24 hours. I contacted all my buyers to let them know I shipped their orders. Previously, I had no complaints on the account because it's a new account.

Today I received an email stating that I was permanently banned from amazon for selling items that could potentially be trademark infringing and that they'd hold my money for 90 days.

I'm totally pissed. My customers haven't had a chance to leave feedback. There's no possibility of anyone being able to complain.

I sold 10 dvds and 5 software products.....I had 13 sales the first day and 2 sales after they said they'd hold my money. I'm baffled.

baffled at what? ya it sucks that amazon wont let you sell even though you wont get any complaints but come on now..new account selling 10 dvds and 5 software,where does a new seller come up with this? oh i know..it comes from overseas..amazon is not stupid

lol... You might consider to try again.. With Amazon people look at your account. People also look at sales volume too. If you start a new accounts its great to let them age.. If you dont and you pop on 1200$ in sales, your almost every time going to get suspended. Pretty easy to make that connection.

Try again, keep your sales under about 500 a month and try now to hit any red flags with them and you should be fine.

I already have the stealth book. I'll give it a shot. I have my nephew listing for me now. I'm only going to try to sell 4 or 5 items per week for a while then slowly increase.

I think Amazon is quick to suspend new accounts listing DVD's. I don't think it's the software.

I agree. Most of the popular selling categories get booted off fast.

Also, you can honestly think being on this forum were going to think the items you were selling were legit items.

I am sure you were probably selling your items lower than any other seller, which is a dead give away your selling **** items.

you need to sell some other non brand products firstly for your ebay account,after your feedback is more and then sell dvds,
