what is amazon doing here?
 

My account was put under for 30 day review a month ago. Today I received an email saying that they'll grant me another 30 days of review, but I'm able to get access to my money however it will be reserved for 7 days. I called the sell support and confirmed it. I was told it's a good sign because they want to see my seller performance to be improved. As soon as I get access to the money, I request a disbursement.
Just 20 minutes ago, I got an email saying my account got blocked due to poor performance. I am so confused. Is it because the two department(seller evaluation and seller performance dept) didn't consult with each other about the decision before contacting me? How possibly can I get two decisions on same day! I can't even call the seller support now b/c my account is banned! About the money I just withdraw, will it be reversed?

In most case it will be reversed and you will have to wait 90 days.

I know it's the case with paypal. it's the same thing with amazon too? do I have any chance to appeal the decision? I've already sent the appeal. There's no way to improve seller performance in such a short period of time. the metrics summary posted recent 2 months order defect rate. How possibly can they expect me to improve my stat if I've already made a mistake 1 month ago...

They are hoping that some of your previous buyers give you some feedback. But if that doesn't happen, then your account will be closed.

How much $ wise did you sell through the account?

i have 10 feedback for now. It's just b/c a stupid mistake I made. When amazon found the product picture for me I didn't check if its color matches up with my products.... it wasn't until my buyers filed a-z claim I realized that..I've fixed it as soon as I get the warning from amzon..
do I stand any chance to have my acc reinstated?

^^^^Consider your account GONE.Any little mistake when your a new seller and your done.No matter how little the mistake is.

Now is the time to switch over to your backup accounts that you should have ready.

now my seller account main pages shows again my account is put under review....geez...Just today I've gone through from under review for 30 days to reserve funds for up to 7 days and to suspension now back to under review... what a dramatic day..
