Buyer complaint
 
I shipped a package to a buyer via priority mail/delivery confirmation. The package says it was delivered. I confirmed the address with the buyer. I've called the post office. The post office told me to tell the buyer to contact their local post office....

Tracking shows it was delivered. The buyer says if we can't solve this then he's going to complain to amazon. I've done everything I can. I just got the amazon account. It's in my nephews name and I don't want to lose it. I don't know what to do in this case.

Has anybody had a situation similar to this?

Much of this would depend on the cost of the item and how much you really don't want an issue.

Low cost item...of course, just send another one.

That's a decision you got to make.. Send another item and take the loss or let the buyer file a claim and refund him.
