Ive been suspended numerous times but I keep coming back (Amazon)
 

I can write a book on my experiences, I was kicked off Amazon right from the beginning, I listed something, sold it, and didnt realize it. It was one item, and I just didnt check on the sale, Marketplace was now, it was even called something else I think.

Flash forward a few years later... I noticed how lucrative Amazon was and rejoined, soon enough I was kicked off, I even forgot why, but eventually did the math. Since then I've opened about 30 different accounts, the longest lasting nearly 8 months.

My most recent suspension was the most frustrating, I had an account that lasted 10 weeks, perfect feedback (7), nearly 8,000 in sales then bang! 2 negative feedbacks from 2 competitors! Amazon suspended me, even after explaining that the competitors left me the feedback. (and I'm not just assuming it was them, they used the accounts that they sell with to leave me the feedback).


The great thing about my last account is that they never connected it to any of my other suspended accounts, so I did fool Amazon. I will be happy if I can get accounts to last 2-3 months,(I know that I will get the money in 90 days.

I opened 2 new ones today, but am laying low for a bit.

I have never been able to crack amazon... I always get suspended.

I just wanted to contact a few sellers... Amazon suspended me. They said my account was connected to previously suspended accounts...

I mean seriously... what type of world is this now! ! !

For me it was trial and error, and you have to be very careful, use your computer to sell on Amazon only, do not do anything else with it. Use another computer for your other stuff.

The Stealth book sounds good, but I'm more of a fix it yourselfer type guy, and have learned that its possible, but you have to follow certain rules.

I had All My accounts go down this week .. I had a 3moth old account go down the exact same time 2 new ones I opened today!!! Im positive I didnt link in any way . The only thing that is the same is Same ISP... Same Gift card company....From the same city..I dont know what happen I use dial up and all of sudden this month they are all going down within the first week? Anyone

selling the same things? how many accts?

It seems that Amazon might have updated their tracking software on their end.
Things have been a little weird the past week for me also....

Ive opened 2 new accounts 9 days ago, different computers different ip (same isp), same credit card company, same state but different city. Both are still alive, Ive sold 120$ on one ( 2 transactions) and 25$ on the other ( 1 transaction). Taking it slow has worked so far, Ive only listed a few things. If their tracking software was updated i'm sure i'd be gone too.

The only new wrinkle is that Ive used a Mac instead of a PC. on one of the accounts, anyone have any experience with Mac and stealth accounts?

when u sell on amazon what is the procedures...? do you have to ship straight away etc? provide tracking etc? like ebay and paypal?

Yes and IMO a little more strict on the shipping time requirements.

I think using the same gift card brand to open multiple account did it....that is what recently happened to me. It may be best to use a different GCC brand for each new acct. created.

Doing some experimenting, here are the results so far.

Opened 4 accounts within last 3 weeks

all different computers (all had been previously used before), cleaned cookies, changed mac address, changed computer user name, etc.

have dynamic ip address (reset for every new id)

4 new credit cards (2 gift cards, 2 key bank cards)
4 new phone numbers ..

so far.....3 are still alive,

#1 is at 400$ sales with no problems(selling only books), I am actually able to withdraw my funds.

# 2 is at 800.00 in sales(selling dvds), I can still sell but am under the 30 day review process, so I cannot withdraw

# 3 Listed 1 item, no sales still alive

# 4 Dead. I may have missed a step here, I may have fogotten to clean my flash cookies

The hardest thing for me to get is bank accounts so I do not add them until my funds hit a substantial amount. If/When I do get suspended before I add a bank account I use one of my 4 key bank accounts(after 90 days), which Ive used numerous times with no issues.

What's been working for me is all accounts open up with books ( look Salvation army, talk to the library girl...). I sell something other than my last suspension item. And the key is to rotate many different items on each account (Different categories, I know it sucks). And don't sell to many pieces of the same item. Let them sleep and let Amazon send money out every two weeks in the beginning.

I noticed this when I was doing legit things, I would get away with experimenting with lots of returns, no stocks, but I maintained an innocent 'oh my gosh it's china made send it back and I will return your money right now!' I never got a peep out of Amazon.

What's the reason Amazon gave you when blocking #4? Linked to another seller account?
