does it matter where the location of the ip address is when making/selling on amazon?

for example, if i live in georgia with georgia ip address, can i make a amazon selling account with NY address? would amazon ban it right away?

No it doesn't matter as long as your IP address is located in the same country your account was created in.

Dial-up reaches to other cities sometimes, broadband cards often have IPs from out of state, etc.

i think your fine unless your using another countrys ip
then they might get suspicious
