Anyone using Amazon.ca?

Looking for some experience from anyone using Amazon.ca...

Two primary questions/concerns:

Traffic?
Cash out?

Is there any traffic on .ca? Meaning naturally, will there be sales worth the effort? if its impossible to sell on .ca then the point is mute.

If I have both can they be linked at all to cross sell? Can someone confirm products on .ca will or will not show on .com?

Can funds from a .com account be transferred to a .ca account for withdraw to a Canadian bank?

I see from a glance it would appear I would need a pro account to make listings in categories other than books, DVD etc. I'm ok with that IF its going to get some traffic.

Ideally, I would like to have both .ca and .com under same info [if there is any advantage to doing so]
If its actually a detriment to sales, then obviously it would be best to avoid .ca all together

So if any folks use .ca on a regular basis I would love some feedback and thoughts on it.

Thanks!
Cheers

Ive sold there on and off, depending on product there is some money to be made, they must use different security because I used an account with the same e-mail address for 2 months after I was suspended from amazon.com . They finally caught on, I couldnt believe it.

According to Amazon you need a separate account altogether with a different email to sell.

Nothing is linked officially. You would need to log in and out of each to change from .com to .ca

So they do seem to be run somewhat independent. The pro account is less on .ca, $30. But per-transaction fee is higher, $1.50. I guess I can always test some items and see how it goes.

Not sure the limited audience is really appealing. But maybe some Canucks prefer to shop inside the boarders.
