Sharing unused stealth account?
 

I have a few stealth accounts all with a dozen feedback or so. I don't use them all and want to give one to someone. The items being sold are perfectly legal.

I just need to know if it is a problem if he is in another city about 40 miles away. Is this going draw a red flag because of the IP not matching the street? Also, could be add his checking account to it and take mine out if his has never been used.

If the IP is different, he will probably have to add a number for them to call and verify. I have had this happen to me. Any other ideas to add people?

The IP will be different. His modem can be unplugged to reset to a new IP. I was wondering if the different location will cause a red flag
