so i been hearing alot about not using VPN providers so what do you guys use do you use dial up for new ips? If so which company and is it easy to change ip and how?

I use dial-up. My own provider so not much to say on it except that I have dents on my forehead from pounding my head on the desk during 56k loading times ha.

I think dial up sucks. I've had problems using Juno and consistently getting new ips. I'm just using several different routers now. Just use one, then unplug it and plug another in...boom, new ip. If you have 4 routers, then you have a 4 different ip addresses immediately available. Let them sit for a while and go back to them and all their ip address will change again when you plug them back in. I usually wait an hour before plugging them in again, but I've heard that it could take 10 mins of the router powered off to get a new ip.
