Contacting amazon seller support

It turns out that Emailing seller support for amazon you are actually emailing over seas to the arabs. I received an email reply once i read through then i had realized a spot in the reply that is how arabs talk. I guess when you call you areein the us but other than that we are talking to clueless low waged customer personnel:doh:
