Need help choosing ISP

Ok, after loosing my 4 year account on amazon I am goint to try something new. I already have the following: new email, bank account, credit car, address, phone number and a new laptop. However all this info is from a relative who agreed to let me use all her info, but we share the same last name and she lives about 800 miles from me. The only problem I may have would be the ISP, since amazon could question the location every time I log in to my account. I thought about using dial up, but prefer high speed. I can use mobile connect for my laptop, but I am afraid the can track the location as well.

Any help is greatly appreciated...

my ISP and local IP is 6000 miles from my location, never had a problem

but if you keep making new accounts from 1 location but you register on amazon saying your in a different location, i think amazon will wise up to that and link you.
