Amazon Suspension for no reason I understand

I am very confused and maybe some one can make this clear for me about my amazon suspension because seller support is a bunch of crap and of course couldn't help me. I have a amazon seller account. My performance metrics is excellent and only .78% in the order defect rate. Everything else is 0%. I received one bogus claim which was a buyer wanting to return there item 2 months after they purchased a dvd from me. I started my account off selling P90x and disney dvds. Amazon sent me a warning and i completely stopped selling them. After a few months, they sent me another message stating that they would 60 day hold releasing my money every 7 business days instead of disbursements every 24 hours. They took this privilege away, mind you I already got through the 30 day hold successfully maintaining 100% feedback all the way. Not one negative came my way. Now I get a suspension out of nowhere, still with 100% feedback and only 1 claim that I think amazon was siding with me because they didn't take any money out for this claim and put on reserve. Usually when you are suspended, the metrics system gives up a warning and a red alert sign but this suspension mine stayed green. It never turned red or yellow. I appealed it and I received the message below. Can someone explain this to me hopefully why i was suspended.

Has anyone ever heard of this message from amazon about a case-tracking ticket.........?

Thank you for contacting Seller Support at Amazon.com.

We have opened a case-tracking ticket to address your issue. A team member will follow up with you as soon as possible. We answer most emails in less than 24 hours.

Best guess?

Amazon received a customer complaint, directly, that you were selling counterfeit DVD's.

I stopped selling vero products over 3 months ago. All i sell now is books and games from local stores in my neighborhood.

A vero nail from Amazon is held for the existence of your account. Consider yourself lucky that you did not get suspended outright. Amazon holds all its reasoning proprietary so no one really knows for sure. Until they become more transparent, we are all stuck with what means what.

Begin around stealth account stat and go easy on this account - it's teetering on verge of self-destruction...

Now amazon just sent me this message and i am guessing they realized they made a mistake but why do they keep putting my funds on hold? I was on hold for 30 days for the review, i got through that successfully. Then they put me on a 60day hold releasing my money every 7 days and now they put my funds on hold again. I know they will eventually suspend me because this is ridiculous........This is the message they just sent me below:

Are They Playing Games with ME????????

Hello from Amazon.

We appreciate the information you have provided.

I have that on an account - just do what needs to be done. You are on the tight end of the string.

Wanting to return an item 2 months after it was purchased...? I hope they have a deadline for returns because that's simply retarded.

Realistically, that would be 180 days, since that is the normal deadline for chargebacks.

But I agree, it is ridiculous. If a buyer wants a refund, they should request it in a timely manner. As far as I am concerned, the chargeback deadline should also be 30 days. Of course, that will never happen. So the end result is that we all have to give a 6 month warranty on everything we sell. Either that, or abandon the account.

We can only hope - I have had a return after 30 days.

Problem is for just as many sellers worrying about a return of an item. there are buyers who work out how to get a refund even in an umtimely fashion:fight:

I agree with this. In the end we will make more than our losses.
