No notice that account was closed, but can't access account. How do I get my money?
 

Hey everybody,

I'm just wondering if anybody has been in this situation where they lost access to their account. How do you get a disbursement of your funds in your selller account?

Has anybody encountered this before? I'm just nervous if I get put in this situation. Has anybody ever had Amazon keep their money?

There have times when I've had over $25,000 in my seller account and I just don't want to one day not be able to log in and be told my account was closed but not have access to disburse the funds.

Just email Amazon: payments-funds@amazon.com after the 90 days is up if you did not have a bank account already attached to your account.

If you DID have a bank account attached to the account the the money will automatically move to your account after the 90 days block is over.

I have have a few suspended accounts that had bank accounts attached to the accounts. After 95 days, the transfer never took place even when it was suppose to be done automatically. The only way how i was able to get my funds transfer was if i manually email them using that address.

Same thing happened to be and they automatically sent the money to my bank account after the 90 days. I didnt even realize the 90 days was up until they sent me they email that they were transferring the funds.
