Default Lurker, first posting, thanks!

I've been lurking on this site for about 3-4 weeks as I had my original Amazon account suspended back then, with a few others because of links. The original one was all my real info and it was going quite well (up to 5k a month after 6 months) but I got flagged for a few questionables and I was (I think) giving too many shipping refunds and setting too many flags as I was new to the whole Amazon selling process.

Well I started a few more accounts last month (new computers, new IPs for each, new gift cards, new disposable phones, unique passwords etc). Everything was going smooth but today I passed the $750 or $800 limit on one account and I was put into the standard 'review' others have mentioned:

We are writing to let you know that we are conducting a review of your selling account. During this review, your funds will be temporarily reserved in your Marketplace Payments account.
So my question is do they ever conduct a phone call interview (I read about others posts) during this first review? I'm selling half iffy and have legit items. Should I continue to sell? What are my odds of getting restored? I'm an idiot because the names I used for both account are names that don't even look like real names so I guess I need to be better about that.

Two things I did in the last days set off the review: (A) Requested my 2nd disbursement (first was about $400, today's around $380), (B) I issued
a refund to a buyer yesterday as well. Feedback has been decent, about 10% all 5/5.

I do want to thank everyone for posting their experiences and processes. It is much appreciated. Been on Ebay for 7+ years.... so many suspended accounts it is ridiculous... I'm finally started to fine tune things and think this forum will be great to share all my experiences with and learn from.

Phone interviews? No, if did it's rare as they have never called me.

Passing the review and upping your limits depend on your feedback. If your feedback is solid, then they'll let you continue selling. If not you're on a 90-day lock down.

Focus on building feedback.
