The reserve is something Amazon has in place for new sellers and sellers they don't trust. When you first register, all your funds are held for the first 14 days and then they release the money. There is also the rolling reserve that Amazon uses when they are looking into your account. Everytime you sale something, you have to wait 14 days after each sale before they release they money for that sale. The reserve is also where they hold money from A-Z claims and chargebacks.

not 100% correct, they hold the money the first 14 days, after that you can disburse the money the same day of the sale!

Actually from what I can see i have multiple am accounts and for some reason they all have a 14day rolling reserve now even if you waited the original 14 days to sell you first items then you have to wait another 14 to get your cash...EXAMPLE I opened an account on the 1st of july added a product at an enormously ridiculous price(just to have an item listed duke nukem used for 59.99) I waited till the 14 and sold and item but now I have to wait till the 28th to disburse if i sold this item on the 13th it would have auto disbursed on the 14th and I would have the cash in hand... Again even tho I waited the original 14 days like every account I have had i now have to keep waiting 14 days......Weird right

If you get a claim for let's say $50, then they will hold that amount in reserve for 30 days. You can disperse any funds above that amount

If you go above the alloted refunds, then they can also implement a reserve.

I think I've had two reserves on my account which is 1 yr old (422 transactions) On is the traditional one, then once I had a claim

You can't disburse for the first 24 days. After that you can request a disbursement every 24 hours. Rolling reserve is explained above me
