Opening 50 Amazon Accounts on a Iphone / Ipad

Quick question, all you have to do is turn off the phone and wait for the ip to change and clear all history / cookies / cache correct? Iphone and Ipads don't have flash. Please correct me if im wrong.

They may have the ability to take a snapshot of the operating system.
