how to report a seller for listing wrong item

Ok so this has been going on for a long time a featured merchant is listing the wrong item at the lowest price on the listing and changing the picture to the wrong picture. So my customers get confused and its really annoying how can i report him to amazon. This has been going on for months.

If your customers have complained about it, advise them to contact Amazon.

But I don't see Amazon siding with a small seller over a featured merchant.
