Default Not Very Happy With Amazon

So I had an account suspended about 110 days ago with over $1,000 in it. From what I have heard, we are able to disburse the funds after 90 days. Well it has been about 110 days and I still can't disburse the funds.

There is no disburse button like there usually is and they have not disbursed any funds from what I can see.

Any info on this would be appreciated. Used this account for a JV so some of the $$$ isn't even mine.

if you have a bank account added it will send funds automatically, if after the 90 days they dont send funds then contact them, bear in mind they sometimes put a review on your account before suspending your account and that can take upto 30 days and if that happened you need to add on the extra days to the 90 so can take upto 120 days

Yes - easy way to check is to go under Payments and see amount available to be disbursed. If your account was suspended AND under review, that's 30+90 = 120 days.

The time of 90 days is completely dependent on when your account was BLOCKED.
Please check the post in my signature about the 3 basic types of lost Amazon accounts.

You might have been Suspended then at a later date Blocked.
Example:
Account Suspended on July 1 then Blocked on July 29th - Money available on October 27th
Account Blocked on July 1 - Money available on September 29th.

It is 90 days from the day you were Blocked

It can be compared to ebay. The 90 days factor depends as HWGA outlined. Seller has to wait

what were you selling that got you suspended and why don't you contact amazon regarding this issue by email even if the account is ⊗⊗⊗⊗...

hey

or there is another reason "when they link your account to a account which came into negative"

then first you must solve the neg before u can disburse the money.

Have a bank account on file still and the bank account is active (Walmart Card). Can't remember if it was blocked or suspended. Have to go through the emails again I guess.
