According to the amazon guide, NO.

It was more than likely your mac. Or browser fingerprinting, where they record what plug-ins you have installed in your browser. They could have used either or both. But im no expert with amazon.. yet!

I dont think Amazon track Intel Chip id, but it is easy to check, just change computer if you pass, there is a chance but if not then it something else .

From everything I've read, Amazon now even tracks the stickers in the front of your PC.

Im trying to register from a new computer. I got this message "Our records indicate that you are not authorized to access this feature."
I created a new virtual desktop, changed the MAC address, changed the IP address (got a new VPN), used a brand new credit card, basically everything the guide specifies, including browser fingerprinting.
YET SOMEHOW THEY TRACKED ME!

Whats going on??
