Leave alone or keep listing

My best account is under review because of high ODR rate. I can continue to sell but the funds will be help up to 30 days blahhh blahh.

Anyway, I moved all my new inventory to another stealth account while this one goes through review. Is this a good idea to stop selling on the account?

I obviously dont want any negatives or A-Z claims, but will the volume dropping to zero make Amazon review curious?

Thanks!

Volume dropping will not make review curious but I would keep a light listing.

Moving ALL inventory to another stealth account on AZ is dangerous - you will be blocked for similar activity. Move it MORE - more accounts. All the best.

I would do what rsot said. Drop the volume but don't close all your listings. Then send carefully worded feedback requests to all your buyers.

When the suspension happened, I sent feedback requests to all buyers from the last 3 months (nearly 300 customers).

I pretty much laid it out there by saying my account is under review, every feedback will help, and contact me if you have any problems. (but in a more professional manner).

Out of all the feedback emails I sent in the past, this one had the best response. I received about 20 feedback on the first day, and around 35 in all (positive). Hopefully this helps.

I was reluctant to list on this account because the money is frozen and if they decide to end me it will be help for 90 days.

Thanks for the tips, I will list some cheaper items on the account.

If you have to wait 90 days it's alright. the money will be there in 90 days - any A-Z claims. Just make sure you keep in contact with the customers and check the acct. for claims. usually just sending a tracking number will solve most a - z claims

on one of my closed accounts.....a lady said that she didnt recieve an item...i sent the tracking number to amazon and the usps.com page said that it was delivered.

Amazon still refunded the customer....whats the point of having a traking number iff amazon is going to refund them anyway?

wat are your thoughts on this?

Tx

Business as usual for Amazon.
