I don't have a webstore, but in dealing with Amazon I can tell you that you should get delivery confirmation on EVERYTHING you ship and require a signature if the item is worth more than $150.
No, it won't necessarily save you from a chargeback, but it DOES help with reviews. And it gives you a fighting chance to win an "item not received" dispute. With Amazon, if a buyer files under "item not received" and you don't at least have a tracking number, they will almost definitely side with the buyer. AND it will count against you.
