Amazon withdrawl and seller block

So I had a feeling that my account was going to get blocked because I got one bad feedback and had to make a few refunds in the past few weeks. So I made my disbursement of $350 yesterday morning. And lo and behold I get a email from Amazon last night that my OBR is 4.5% so they blocked my selling privileges.

I received the email saying that I would get my money in 3-5 days when I did the disbursement yesterday morning in anticipation of the incoming block. Now I am wondering will Amazon try to cancel that disbursement even though its on the way. They say I have to wait 90 days to disburse the $30 i have left in my account, but I don't really care about that. I just hope the one i disburse still comes in 2 days.

I also appealed their decision but they rejected it. Now I can't even log into my Amazon account at all this morning. Did they delete it or something? I need to refund another order...

Welcome to the forums.

Keep us posted on the withdrawal but I have been in your position with a disbursement on the way then seller block and funds were put right back in to wait for 90 days.

I would not count on the funds reaching your bank but hope for the best.

As for not even being able to log in, you might have to call to fix that up. Has worked in the past for peeps around here.

They will reverse the disbursement. You will have to wait the 90 days to get you $$$ minus and A to Z claims, or chargebacks.

Sorry.

Yea thats what I expected. What is really dumb is i can't even log in or reply to customers that try to contact me. So does this mean I can't even buy on amazon too lol?

You can kiss your money goodbye, at least for now....they're keeping it. That's my bet

You buyer account is usually a separate log-in. I can safely say that even though Amazon doesn't want your seller business anymore, they will happily take your buyer business. Even the most fraudulent buyer is more than welcome on Amazon!

No it appears they deleted my whole account. I can't even login no matter what I try. They never respond to me in even after I call and do emails. Their service blows. Well looks like I won't buy from them anymore.

It's easy to create a new buyer account, they won't care about that. But yes it does seem their service has considerably worsened all round.

As for the disbursement, it wasn't actually disbursed. Disbursements are held for 2 days to be authorized after the disbursement is requested, so if you received a message one day saying it had been disbursed and another the next day saying your funds are in reserve and your account blocked then the funds were never on their way to you and are back in reserve in your payments account.
