Amazon Questionable Feedback

Just 3 star feedback. Im a new seller *stealth* with 2 other 5 star feedbacks. My total is 3 feedback: 1 recent neutral (3 stars), and 2 5-stars.
Am I going to get reviewed as a result?

While ANYTHING can trigger a review, I don't think that alone would do it. That COMBINED with something else could...

Why was the feedback neutral? Could you have avoided the neutral feedback?
