Credit card + Checking account option for new Amazon seller?
 

I have just opened a new Amazon account, but got stuck in the credit card verification process. Here are what I'm concerning:

1. What brand of prepaid credit/debit card or gift card can I purchase with my stealth information (I don't need to use my real identity) that works flawlessly with Amazon seller verification process? I'm in need of it almost right now so I would prefer to go to a retail store to buy one and activate it online.

2. Where can I open an online checking account and have it active within a day? I'm considering either Chase or HSBC, are they possible?

Btw, I'm living in US and don't have a SSN, only my passport.

Amazon doesn't require SSN

Most store bought gift cards work well with Amazon. Avoid Amex....

You won't be able to open a bank account here without a social sec. number. Not going to happen... I wouldn't even try. I would either get a friend to do it, or obtain a TAX ID number.

NO ONE will issue you a bank account with stealth info. It's not even worth trying. If you succeed somehow in opening a bank account with stealth info, it will get shut down almost immediately, and you'll get deported. Get a friend or family member to open an account for you.
