Second Amazon limit but lacking sales NOW... ?

So I was reviewed an I passed the review for a second time.

My sales for the month I was under review was ONLY $250. I really didnt want to risk it. The months before sales were $1300 ( reviewed ) , $2300 ( reviewed ), then the 250.

Today I started selling an I sold $2200 worth of items.

I am expecting to sell possibly 12K worth in items before Xmas at this rate - Likely to be more.

So I am selling now again so my ? is.

Does the velocity limit increase after every review or how does amazons system compensates for the high spike in sales during this time of the year.

I was review for lack of feedback ONCE again, second time for that same reason.

My account is CLEAN I mean CLEAN. Everything is perfect so far. Refund is less than 4%. No late shipments, A-Z, negatives or anything like that.

The last velocity limit I remember was around the 4k mark. After that, I never got a single review. I made over 15k in one month after the 4k review.

your refund rate has to be under 2.5%. 4 is a little to much.

actually the pre fulfillment cancel rate is to be under 2.5%

The refund rate is to be under 5%

so it's all good

ovidiu 12-18-2010 05:21 PM

Yes, isn't it convenient that there's a "pre-fulfillment cancel rate target", yet if buyers want to cancel, you're obligated to do so? Talk about hypocrisy!

Melissa1971 12-18-2010 10:27 PM

Agreed ovidiu. If they cancel within a half hour, it doesn't show up in customer metrics. After that, we're accountable for them changing their mind

It remains in the open listings fogged out
