I'm currently filing an appeal for reinstatement on Amazon,because I was Suspended due to Poor Performance. I knew I did very well as a seller on amazon,but as always you got buyers out there who will go out of their way to get you suspended,and I was told by amazon it would take 48 hours for a reply,but their were no guarantees. I feel like I'm at the mercy of their helm.

If it's anything software related, you aren't going to be reinstated. Amazon continuously screws sellers due to minor business set-backs.

Am az on is merciless in suspending accounts. Poor performance is actually is the "best" possible way of getting suspended. Try a well thought out Plan of Action and you might have a chance.

Haha, no, she PM'd me saying she was getting stealth today. So when I seen she uses Amazon as well, thought she may be getting both.

She wouldn't have to worry about a suspension again if she is! :D
