"Problem with your seller account. Our records show that you are not authorized to.."
 

I am in the US and I tried registering on Am*zon.de and I got this error message.

I never sold on Am*zon (any location) and I used all my US details. I did however reg with Am*zon.com but again, I haven't sold anything.

Has anyone experienced this? How do I work around this. :pry:

What phone number did you use? I got this message recently when I want to test out something for someone and (since I did not CARE about being banned) I reused an old banned phone number.

I used my personal cell phone that I used on my Am*zon.com registration. It was never banned tho.

And your Am az on.com account is still good right? Ok this is new to me - maybe other folx have opinions. Since you .com account is still good, I don't see why you are getting this. I will post if I get more info.

one more thing. I used a prepaid card I had laying around for my CC. The card was accepted with my .com account.

I can log into both .com and .de accounts so I'm assuming that the accounts are still fine.

Simple ERROR in Amazons Listings Process, your account is fine.

Simply re-list the item you were trying to list.

You will only receive this error when you first create and account and are listing an item for the first time.

You will go to Amazon, create your account, verify the phone number, and then click submit your listing and you will receive this error then.

Simply click back on your seller account and list the item the exact same way, and it will list just fine.

It has nothing to do with linking past accounts.

when u met this message from amz? not worry? u should try post one item and verify thru phone! when it done, the message of amz will be disappear!

you can only sell on amazon.com (usa) because you ip is the usa, if you want to sell on amazon Germany (amazon.de) you need something to give you an ip address from Germany, i have a fiend who has a program that does this and it works (it spoofed Microsoft with its operating systems when registering), if anyone requires this program pm me and i will find out the name of it.
