Are there replicas on Amazonn

Is it kind of the same style as ebay as far as selling

it is 1000% different than eBay.
Do a forum search and you will see a lot of info about Amazon.

Amazon is very unforgiving about "replicas".

eBay will warn you and tell you to take their tutorial about counterfeit goods. Amazon will close your account instantly.

Also, in certain categories, you must be pre-approved to sell items. Watches and clothing come to mind. I know of people who have been approved and people who were declined. I don't know how Amazon makes those decisions.

There is a list of criteria that you have to meet in order to be approved in each category. You can find the list of criteria in Amazon's help section.

how would they determine if the item is a replica or not? .. there is no feedback system is theree

usually sellers of replicas will sell their items for lot less then the ones selling originals, and yes, there is a feedback system, but its much harder to receive feedback on amazon then ebay because amazons feedback system is not really enforced as much as ebays.

Amazon KNOWS what wholesale pricing is like. So, if you are selling for less, they know what's up.

And Amazon does NOT need PROOF that anything sold was a ⊗⊗⊗⊗. The suspicion alone will lose you the account.

Ever played Mortal Kombat? If you sell replicas on Amazon they'll just perform a Fatality on you, and your account will be toast.

Even worse is that Am az on does not need any kind of PROOF - suspicion along will destroy account.

Yes there are people who sell replicas however like on any other site.

I would be weary of what u sell and what price u put it on as. Maybe sellers pull the prices down and those are the ones selling ⊗⊗⊗⊗. They will be gone usually very quickly.

I apparently got very lucky with my experience. I sold Beats and they just gave me a warning on not to sell replicas. It could be because I was selling other random products I had as well. Still under review though...

i'd ask for a whole bunch of positive feedback or you're gone lol. Normally they don't even review you.

I've had to ship items since the review started and by doing priority (which is about the same cost as the standard shipping option they chose),getting a tracking number, and leaving a nice little personal note on the packing slip has gotten me some reviews quick.
