Amazon sellers limit question

Ok from what I understand amazon has a rolling $750 28 day selling limit. My question is will that limit be raised without getting a review? I am selling some high quality copies of dvds and have no negative feedback, no positive feedback either since I have only sold 5 things so far and am in my first month. I have already emailed the buyers politely asking for positive feedback or what I can do to help them change their mind if they don't feel like I should get it.
I don't want to hear about how I shouldn't be selling copies of things anyways, I already know. I am just trying to make some money like everyone else.
Also if a review does come up, what would I be able to say to them since I do not have a legit source of where I get my merchandise? Also I sell all of my merchandise as like new, by doing this I was thinking that I could tell them that I put an ad on craigslists saying I want to buy certain things and turn around and try to sell them for profit.
Any feedback would be great. Thanks

If amazon suspects you of selling replicas, they don't care about your story, no matter what you tell them. 1 strike, and you're out, so theres nothing to tell them. I've only experienced the 30 day review once due to me going over my limit, and they saw that i didn't have any disputes, etc so it was over within 20-23 days, then I was back to selling with an even higher monthly limit.

The $750 is just a guess, but it's somewhere along those lines, I wouldn't go over $700 every 28 days per account if I were you, just to be on the safe side.

Thanks for the reply ninja, when you had your review did they ask you questions about where you get your inventory? I have read some threads on here with guys that were making 20k a peice a year on seperate accounts selling high copied replicas.
If they don't ask where you get them then I assume as long as your feedback is good and you don't have any returns that you would be ok?

To be honest, like Ninja has already mentioned, if amazon has the slightest suspicion that you're selling knockoffs (e.g. DVDs), they will suspend you. Sure, they will start with a review and ask you where you get your inventory and such, but that is just a formality really.

If you are selling DVDs, take things easy, stay under 750, and under the radar. If you have more accounts, then spread your sales. I know if it is time consuming, but worth it in the end. Do not rush things. Do not keep lowering your prices. Good luck.
