HELP! Just brought AMAZON GHOST ... NO DL LINK!

Hey everyone, I just went to trailpay and tried to buy amazon ghost. The site said there was an error but they did charge my CC. I got no email confirmation or directions on how to obtain the ebook :( I would like it ASAP! Can anybody suggest any details? I sent ASPKIM a note but not sure when he might check them and I want to get started ready ASAP!

And for future ref, it's AspkiN and not AspkiM - perhaps that's why there is more of a delay.
