1099 Repealed
 

Congress today repealed a provision of the health reform act that would require everyone to file 1099 forms and report on their federal income taxes for every individual and business to which they paid $600 a year.

The provision would have gone into effect in 2012.:clap::clap:

Nope not repealed There are other parts of 1099 this one is 1099-k . *******s!!

But what's stopping us, the US sellers, from opening stealthy foreign accounts? If you're going stealth,GO STEALTH! All the foreign proxies/vpns are still new to eb. PP verification is so lax, it's a joke. Thoughts?

dont get caught, by trying to evade taxes with foriegn accounts, and stealth, this would open you up to a criminal investigation from the tax man.

pay taxes and get used to it. you might get lucky and never get caught, but if you do get caught you will be paying 100 fold for it
