Amazon disbursement question?
 

I requested my first disbursement on a stealth Amazon account. Four days later, and no money arrived in bank. It is Bank of America. The bank account name for Amazon (the account is of course in real name) is different. I shortened first name (From Cherilyn to Cher) and changed one letter in last name. Now, I'm wondering if BOA has refused to accept the money. Perhaps, I changed name too much?
If so, what happens then? Will I hear from Amazon? Am I able to change bank info on this Amazon account? If money does not arrive, do i kiss it goodbye. So far, no word from Amazon and the account is fine. Appreciate any information I can get. Every one have a nice day....

There is no bank movement during weekends from what I remember. Amazon is slower than most so be patient...probably Monday.

Four to five business days always. That sucks as Paypal takes two days only.

I very much doubt that Amazon actually disburses when they say they do. Maybe they mean it is marked for disbursement or something. But I have ALWAYS gotten the money and never had a problem with B of A.

Usually t takes 4-5 days for the money to hit the account. So wait until Monday and see what happens.

If the money is NOT in the account on Moday, DON'T PANIC! First, go into your Amazon account and make sure that the routing number and bank account numbers are both correct. Sometimes the check number is listed at the bottom of the check right after the account number. If you include the check number when entering the account number on Amazon, the bank will return the deposit to Amazon and you will get an email. I actually did that once.

I don't think there is a problem with your account. If Amazon were going to hold your funds or close your account, they would email you. They are not exactly shy about that. So my guess is that the money will hit any day now.

It has always been two business days for me. My last one took five for some reason.

In my previous life, Amazon usually averaged 3 business days to deposit. Sometimes on Saturday, sometimes not. This was my first time using stealth, and I am kind of curious of what will happen with BOA. I'm a long time Amazon seller, but their unfair practices had made me want to be invisible. I'm learning (thanks to this forum) how to stay in business. I've always trusted my customers fairly, and always had the highest feedback. Thanks to all for the education....
