So I passed the 45 day review...
 

Finnaly passed it after 45 days of having funds stuck in there, Question I have now is what are the limits after first review, basically what do i have to do to minimze risk of another review?

I don't know how old your account Is, so I'll say this:

Stay away from VERO
Don't go over the amount specified in the Ghost guide within the 28 days
Ship items out on time within 48hrs with tracking numbers
Describe items as accurate as possible
Accept returns, refunds, exchanges, you name it, and that could turn into a possible feedback that could have been a negative that could have ruined your account.

accounts about 6 months old, Bit late for the Vero thing as thats what Im selling, The ammount in the ghost guide is mostly about the first month...surely we dont have to stay under $750 to avoid another review? Everythings shipped same day with tracking anyways

keep selling and pushing the envelope.
as long as you do the right thing, you should be fine.

next manual review may be around 8k/month
