amazon account deleted and kept my FBA inventory
 

suddenly after sold out about 50K worth products on amazon using FBA,the account was created 3 months ago ,and suddenly I could not log into,
emailed amazon seller performance team and only got the caned reply stating that i failed their review process ,
My questions is how could I get the money on the account back as well as the inventory at amazon warehouse since I am using FBA to ship the orders ,
I sent mutiple emails to seller support and seller performance team ,
several days has past no reply ,,
somehow I Believe that they linked this account with my previous suspended account ,
I am worried that I Can not get those FBA inventory back since I have no way to access my seller account
does anyone here has the same problem before?
any suggestion or advice will be highly appreciated ,

Whoa - what was the reason for failure? Recopied media and ⊗⊗⊗⊗ media? If SO, your FBA orders in the warehouse will be destroyed - I don't think they will even let you pay to have them sent back...very bad. You will have to push HARD for this one.

As for your money owed, you should be able to request change of password first - have you tried?

Why would you start fba???An fast way for amazon to increase their inventory with your stuff. You are most likely SH!T out of luck. Amazon thieves strike again!!

unfortunately this is the truth. The only other case i've heard like this, is either you can pay to have your entire inventory shipped back, or forfeit all your items. You can't pick and choose which items. I haven't heard anything of foo foo items and FBA. I wish you the best of luck :/

Amazon won't return counterfeits. If they are counterfeits they will be destroyed.

If the items are legal, you will have to pay to have them shipped back, plus their service charge.

You let 50k buildup without disbursing? I am sure you made money hand over fist, and its only a matter of time before you are back in business.

Sorry, I Need to correct ,during the course of the past several months ,the total sales volume was 50K,i did not made the disbursement a number of times ,
and I Think the money still there on the account was like several hundred dollar ,,My biggest concern is the FBA inventory ,as those inventory worth like 10K dollar ,

Get some lawyer letterhead, and shoot them a nice registered letter. Its your best bet.

What items of yours does Am az on have?

or at least a category and sub category. If its anything with dvd/software, i'd have to say its foo-foo whether you want to believe it or not.

Create a rwmoval order for your products. It cost .50 cents to have an item returned. If you have 5k items your looking at 2500$. I got suspended with fba inventory in warehouse b4

Amz are a disgrace once they block you. You will get nothing out of them.

They are good when they let you sell, but once they block it is a stone wall silence and nothing but actually going to the place where they have your goods will get them back.

I thought eBay were a shady organisation, but Amz is by far the worst for customer service once you get on the wrong side of them.

I am sorry! Its theft! I want to believe that the items are legit for someone to send them to FBA.... I really really want to believe as this just would not have been a good move in any way if they are indeed ⊗⊗⊗⊗...

the guy is looking for some advice, plz help.
my idea is that email jeff@amazon.com. i got my stock back after doing that.

I'm guessing some of the original posts on this thread have been removed since 2011 when this was an active discussion, lol. At least that's the impression I got about halfway through the first page.

Actually, back then it's unlikely people were sending counterfeit media to FBA. Today, I see it all the time.
