| futbolplayer | 06-20-2011 08:21 PM | A few amazon questions I just finished reading the amazon ghost book and had a couple of questions: one, is having a suspended seller account the same thing as being banned from amazon? Two, when you go to create a new amazon seller account, amazon ask for a credit card and billing address... If I use a different card, won't the same billing address link me? |
| Axcend | 06-20-2011 09:37 PM | Suspended and banned are practically the same. Amazon calls is suspended, but its always indefinite and practically impossible to reverse, so it is a ban. You can not use the same name, phone number, bank account, address, IP address, MAC addresses, Computer, anything lol. One option is using a friend or relative with a different address for an account. |
| futbolplayer | 06-22-2011 03:20 PM | Sorry, I haven't needed to create a stealth eBay or amazon ghost account for awhile, so I am a little bit fuzzy on the details. When amazon asks for my billing address and a credit card, how do I get by this step? |

You are asking very basic questions that are covered in the book. |
| dakota5369 | 07-17-2011 04:59 AM | i have a question and dont really want to start a new thread. i am pretty new on there and have sold probably a dozen or so items over 2 months. now, i have finally found my hookup and want to make sure i dont screw up.
a couple weeks ago i cancelled a sale on a book because i was no longer able to get it. dumb mistake and i learned. now this time i had listed an item before i had it in my hands. it was supposed to be new and i listed it as new. however, it looks like it has been used once. and although it is virtually new, if the buyer does any sort of examination, he will see it isnt. again, i know i was stupid. i never should have listed something before i had it.
so should i just cancel the sale? to you get booted if you cancel a certain amount? this is a legit account and now that i am going to start rolling, i dont want to screw up. but i am afraid if i send it to him, he will send it back and it will be a big mess. any help is appreciated |

Not sure about that as I run 8 current accounts with five previous suspended from same computer. If you are using dial-up, there are many more IP's to choose from. |
