Amazon seller policy: "Individual seller can sell less than 40 items a month"
I don't know phrases "40 items a month" which known as individual month (June, July, August) or per month (within 30 days)?
Please help me! Thank you

This is not a "policy". A Pro Merchant account coast $39.99 per month. Therefore, it's only worth it if you are going to sell more than 40 items per month. If you sell less than 40 they recommend you go with the Individual Account. The charge is .99 per item.
