google voice problem

I was trying to use google voice to verify my amazon account. It won't work any more. When Amazon called and I was trying to enter the pin, the google voice interrupted by annoucing the recording begin, then Amazon couldn't get the correct pin. I have tried for past 2 days. I have used google voice to verify several accounts. Anyone experience the same problem?

You can just say the PIN into the phone instead of using the number keys.

press the Phone # on your voice page, then press 'calls' then a page will come up with options on the way you want voice to work. at the top you change it to 'no messages just a normal call' or something like that. you get a regular call where you can answer with a 'hello'. save changes at the bottom your good to go.
