New Amazon Seller Account and Entropay VCC

I just tried to get back onto amazon. I cleared all my cookies, cleared my internet history, changed my mac address and tried creating an amazon account with a new address, phone number and a entropay vcc.
The account was limited straight away. I didnt even get a chance to log in.

I'm assuming this was because I used an entropay vcc. Could someone please confirm?

Entr op ay VCC is NO good for Am az on seller creation. Do NOT repeat this.

Did u also make sure u used vmware or a new computer to log in?
