Using internet on old phone at new place?
 

Say you have a new amz seller account at new place with new bank account in someone elses name with new phone. So everything is new and legit. Now can I go on internet surfing or checking my other email at the new place on my old cell phone (which I used to check my banned account) or even going on Amz wesite to check somthing?

So surfing the net on old phone that I used to check my banned account can get me linked? Or should I turn the phone off before entering the new place?

Please help
