I was banned from amazon
 

So apparently they banned me from amazon because me and my wife had an account and we order something but neither of the items came so we claimed a refund on it. And now they consider it an "excess amount of refunds" and they banned her account and mine. I tried creating another one and ordered something but they just closed it. What can i do to continue business with them?

don't make that many returns would be a good start :)
but is far opening new acct with amazon. Fist u need to move to a different address than buy a new computer and use ur kids name lol

well, as long as the guide works. and yeah i mean i had multiple accounts, i just didnt think claiming a refund on items would cause a ban. But i mean it makes sense, but its okay, i dont blame them. As long as the Sealth Guide works its A-okai :) BUt, ive been trying to buy it and i tried to buy it 5 times but the order keeps saying " Order is being processed " and then changes to "order could not be processed and you have not been charged" why or wat am i doing wrong?
