Amazon Uk question

hi .i start selling in amazon after suspended from ebay and before going back in ebay i wanted to try there.The problem is i am not able to sell in usa or elsewhere .i got through all amazon help page but i didnt understand when i list item via.co.uk how to be visible in other sites as usa ,de,etc.I will appreciate any help .this amazon is quite confusing .Thanks

with .co.uk you sell in the ek and euro land if you want to sell in the usa you need to open a .com account as well
