CC Cleaner

If I was at my brothers house and let him use my laptop to log into his Amazon Seller Account from his own ISP, could Amazon link our accounts? I ran CC Cleaner before and after he did this.

I didn't log into my account at his house though. I only log into my account from my laptop at my own house.

What are the chances Amazon will link our accounts?

What if a person uses two WIFI hotspots and uses CC Cleaner inbetween the two hotspots...can Amazon detect them?

Keep in mind that ehen using a WIFI hotspot, you go through their router to get to the internet.
