when you get an email from a customer, asking for some details, you can't see the real emqil address, all you can see is some inner eb address. am I wrong?
so if you answer this email you answer to nowhere to nobody... no?

The emails end with a @amazon-payments.com or something like that, so yes, the emails come from Amazon.
Can Amazon get an IP address from a Hotmail email account? What about other email services like Yahoo and Gmail, can Amazon get an IP address through these?
I've never seen a IP address in any of the emails I've received...maybe I'm missing something...
