Will I need a new router to go Stealth if I have a Dynamic UP?
 

Hey guys, this is my first ever post here as I'm going stealth/ghost on Amazon. I'm using a relatives address, I have a new bank account, phone number, and I will be using a different laptop to the one I got suspended on. At the moment I have a dynamic IP, will I still need to buy a new router? Will it benefit? Of course I don't mind using a new router if it will benefit.

Do you guys have any more tips for going stealth, also?

I just need to now sort out a VCC.

If your IP is dynamic (changes every time) you should be okay. Just make sure you dont log in with the banned IP. What brand router is it?

I dont use VCC's but I purchase visa vanilla gift cards ($20). Not sure what the equivalent is in the UK but I have herd mixed reviews on VCC's so be careful.

Not necessarily, you can change the Mac address of your network card instead to get a new IP.

I'm using a Netgear atm, will that be okay? Also, how do I go about changing the MAC address, is it a simple process? Thanks again for the replies.

I don't use amazon but i thought it was M.A.C that mattered there NOT i.p addresses ?

Ya, I thought i read that amazon knows the first two macs, your nic and router for example.

Uk amazon user. MAC address cand be read. It's just the ip. Make sure that is different,and you should be good to go. As for the vcc I buy them off these forums and have had no troubles.
