Good move Sandy_D - all the best. While there are many tips and pointers in my "database", they are all on the forums. Best to put up specific q's - you picked up am az on ghost already?

be very careful. The last thing you want is to sell junk and get suspended especially this time a year. If you know you are selling risky stuff I suggest you wait until after xmas otherwise your account could be killed in a matter of hours.

Actually reading the info on ghost, will give you more indepth help.

amazon differs widely from ebay.

It's also a game that is changing daily so you need to be forewarned even if not stealth.

Quick tip is that amazon are bigger control freaks than ebay/paypal.
Difficult to contact Customer Service.
Accounts get reviewed.

Before you take the plunge, and Good Luck with that, read thro' the Amazon site as much as you can. Look thro' the Amazon Sellers community boards.
It's almost another language to sell there

But, you did have a solid, legit EB account closed. I can't imagine not wanting to know the troubles before you even start now with AZ, especially because they can cause even more problems.

Such a small investment as you clearly will be wanting some much needed profits after the EB losses. Not trying to start another argument with you, but I seriously don't understand how you think that AZ Ghost is of no benefit to you simply because you don't sell "risky" items. Aspkin's guides are much more than that.

Never said it was not going to be any help. I thought it was only for stealth which I wont need right now being able to use legit info but am thinking about getting it to learn and be prepared.

I just got a IM from a lady who also buys items from auctions like I do who was telling me Happy Thanksgiving, I asked her if she sells on Amazon and she said yes, less items sold but higher profits. Got me so excited because if I can do this well on ebay I know I can kick butt on Amazon.

I did not have a LEGIT EB account closed and gone, I was able to get that one back after sending them some info. Also got a pp debit card recently on that account.

The 1500 fb account was stealth.

As far as the losses I will make that money up in time. They wont get away with stealing from me on a 100% perfect account and not pay for it later. I might lose the money now but I will assure you I will get it back and then some. :D

No problems Unknown. Thanks for the post.

Took at long hard look today.

Right off the bat I notice some sellers ship directly and some let amazon ship from the fulfillment center.

I noticed one seller who sells similar items to me has over 5000 feedback this month alone and I see there is not very much other competition for him.

At least for now anyway. :D

Can new sellers ship directly and I am assuming they hold the funds until delivery?

Once you get the order you simply click the 'dispatched' button and the money is added to your account, even if you haven't dispatched yet.

Wow... why did I reply to such an old post?
I guess the wine doesn't help...

I don't get why no one has not tried Amazon yet it's the worlds largest eCommerce site and sales can be huge if the product is in demand.

Give customers the best customer service and they will be back for sure. Good luck Sandy.

What a lucky situation to be in. Once I was banned on eBay I started selling on Amazon and got banned there too. I prefer eBay's platform though.
