When should I start high volume listings?

I have had my stealth account open for about 20 days so far and no problem. I have made a few small sales and I have yet to add my bank account information to the account. When should I start volume selling on this account without getting banned from the get go? Has it been known for Amazon to block a stealth account once bank account information is added?

you should have from day one if you ask me. This time of year you are bound to have an increase in sales. The last thing u want to do it start selling around xmas time especially if you havent added your tax info to the amazon account.
