Stealth Starbucks AT&T Wayport question?
 

I have run a stealth account with great success through a local Starbucks. (yearly sales just over 10,000) Amazon says it will suspend my account if I do not comply with tax changes on Dec 26th.
Starbucks uses AT&T Wayport for hot spot internet access.(Micky D also) An IP address search shows it as originating in Brooklyn NY.
My question is: since Wayport is basically a proxy server (not sure if it uses TOR or not) can I use the same Starbucks to run another stealth account. Any thoughts on these matter would be appreciated.
Also: I am considering using the local library, but am concerned about previous banned sellers using it. Would they torpedo my account?

I'm sure any public wifi has a lot of people with banned info logging in.....

Also you can't get banned from just an ip only but it's always recommend using a fresh new ip at least when you are creating the account

it really depends but i have a stealth account in a public library and its fine except i sold to many items in 14 days and its under review ;d
