| yungsc1005 | 12-07-2011 09:23 PM | Amazon and VPN....work? Just curious if anyone here uses VPN to sell on Amazon? Does it work effectively or will it get you banned? |
| jeffweico | 12-07-2011 09:40 PM | VPN's are a really bad idea. |
| boszika | 12-08-2011 03:19 PM | Logmein will work but VPN not.
Trust me been tried that before.:juggle: |
| soundon | 12-08-2011 07:50 PM | I already using vpn with Amazon. It realy works. VPN is better than proxies. |
| subzero3001 | 12-08-2011 09:59 PM | I did the those accounts rest in peace.
VPN is a good idea if you want a temporary account, at some point they will suspend your account.
VPNs are cheap, so you can make 10 VPN stealth accounts or more with the same amount of money you would do with a real internet connection.
Make some quick money and be prepared to die.
Open 100 accounts with VPN, sell $700 per month for six months before you get suspended. Repeat as needed.
Do your math. |

There are ways to get the money out, trust me. If it went in, it can come out.
Somethings are not possible, for everything else is Mastercard. |
| Shadowmoe7 | 12-10-2011 01:11 AM | vpns dont work at all,
amazon sucks way more then ebay i hate amazon way more for that fact that they delete accounts without notice |
| jeffweico | 12-10-2011 01:16 AM | VPN's ARE better than proxies. Proxies do not work at all.
However, eBay and Amazon BAN VPN's when they find them. They have the VPN address ranges for the more popular services.
If you MUST use a VPN, get one that is from a smaller, less well known provider. And try to get an IP for your own exclusive use (not all providers will do this).
But whatever you do, if they find out that you are using a VPN, then the account is history. |
| yungsc1005 | 12-10-2011 05:04 AM | thx for the advice guys i will try to find another good option besides VPN. I may go back to **gulp** dial up... torture slow method. |
| boszika | 12-10-2011 12:00 PM | @rsot-Meaning the software I use to learn Chinese. It is easier then it seems.I also realize Rosetta is not the best choice, after I finish it I will look into other options. |
| they_screwed_me_too | 12-10-2011 12:09 PM | hi all
just created a new amazon account after buying Amazon Ghost, new PC, router, address, name, phone number, ip address etc ect, all was well, verified the phone nummber and then "we have declined your application to be an amazon merchant" blah blah cant work out why, only possible link was same surname ? guess thats it ? maybe ? where do i go now ? |
| boszika | 12-10-2011 02:15 PM | The surname is not enough for them to link. Imagine how many people has the same name. But then again with Am, you never know. I would wait to create any new account until after the crazy holidays.
Maybe the cc or the bank account got you in trouble? |

When I first started creating Amazon Ghost accounts, I was using VPN's as well. Specifically because of the speeds. I hadnt used dialup since the AOL 3.0 days and I wasn't really looking forward to it. I was buying private, dedicated ips at $6 each, monthly. So for every 10 accounts I created, thats $60 a month I have to spend, just for the accounts to get limited and linked anyway. Now I spend $10 for a dialup isp and have much better results. Granted, it takes about 20 minutes longer to create the account, but its still much better results.. |
I agree with the concept - you use VMWare too xdirc? |
| mkr2204 | 01-20-2012 01:29 PM | Mobile Broadband Dongles + VMware are the safest way to do it I think |

I usually log on to Netzero and while its loading on ebay i go do the dishes and vacuum the house hahaha. | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 10:59 AM. | |
