international seller 30% tax question?
 

Can anyone tell me if International sellers on Amazon.com pay 30% in tax withhold? If so, have they always done this or does this come into effect on Dec 26th. Also, I'm wondering about foreign sellers (much of my competition) who masquerade as American and say they ship from the States. They do this to circumvent Amazon guidelines. Its unfair and they cost me a lot of money. I am really hoping they get they get nailed to the barn door on Dec 26th

On december 26th you will see a lot of sellers get canned on amazon. Plus 30% is most sellers profit.

yeah, I agree. But is that 30% in effect now or does it start then? It should be interesting to see who is left standing. I plan to be...
